All of our houses are made with a hardboard shell around a pine frame. We have found that this is usually the strongest method of building a miniature, especially if you have a child who (like ours) will try to sit on it, or hit it with things.

Exteriors are either finished in matte emulsion or gloss, or with a detailed exterior paper, hand designed Rebecca.

Interiors are also available in paint or paper, and you can work with us to create your dream interior.

Flooring is available in a range of carpets or linoleum tile, and you can select the colour to co-ordinate with your chosen interior.

Houses will be completed in two to four weeks, depending on the design of the house. Please keep this in mind when you order. Customising your house is easy. As your house is built to order, simply email us after your purchase, including your receipt number from your paypal receipt:

1. Tell us what colours you want, and we will choose the best matches.
2. If you are techie enough to know the HEX codes of your chosen colours (such as 99aaaa), tell us them, and we will do our very best to get paint in the exact shade.
3. Help us to design wallpaper! If you have an idea in mind, simply send it to us (even if it's a rough sketch) in your email and we will make it happen.
